Screen sizes have been growing and growing rapidly since the last decade. On the other hand, screen ratios have been changing too. First, we started off with square screens, then we moved on to wide angled views, and now we’ve reached extreme wide-view displays. With LG’s EA93 29-inch IPS display you’ll be viewing your computer with a 21:9 aspect ratio. This new IPS screen idea will feature a WQHD resolution (2,560 x 1,080 pixels) and support a four-way split-screen view. In addition, it also contains an HDMI and USB 3.0 port. Finally, you’ll probably need rethink what you’ll be buying the next time you need a new monitor.

Television technology has been changing since its invention. However, within the last decade the technology used on our TVs have changed so rapidly, that we’ve moved from analog, to digital, to HD, to Full HD, to 3D, and now finally to 4K TVs. Keeping that in mind, Sony has just released a 84-inch 4K Bravia KD-84X9005, but the only problem is that we’re missing a lot of content. So other than the London 2012 Olympics your going to find it hard searching for 4K content, because 4K content needs to be filmed with a 4K camera, of course. However, if you wait a couple of years, this whole playground will be changed upside down.

The 3D viewer fits snugly on your head, and provides you with a 360 view of whatever, is playing. This might be a great idea to really experience FPS (First Person Shooter) games, if your big screen won’t do.

LG was teasing this phone’s release months ago, making us all start to drool about the amazing phone that will be released. Well, now it’s here, in black and white (and red of course). The specs on this phone just wants you to throw out your iPhone against the wall and run out to pre-order this baby. The LG Optimus G‘s specs are as following: 1.5GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB RAM, LTE, 13 MP camera back-camera, 1.5 MP front-camera, and a True HD (1280 x 768) IPS LCD measuring up to 4.7inch. Running this baby up is a  2,100mAh battery. With everything squeezed together to form this amazing smartphone, it ends up being only 8mm thick. Finally, to add the cherry on top, while the screen is turned off, the color of the screen will match its body’s color.

Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8 is unveiled, iPods out there protest

Samsung has decided to unveil a Galaxy Player 5.8 media player, which in other words, is an oversized Android iPod. The Galaxy Player 5.8 is named after its 5.8inch screen that is made up of a 960 x 540 LCD display. If you decide to ever open it up, you’ll find a 16GB or 32GB built-in storage, a VGA front camera, and a 2,500mAh battery to power the device. Android 4.0 will of course be the OS behind this new device, as Samsung has fallen in love with all things Android.

Acer Liquid Gallant, Liquid Gallant Duo launched in response to IFA upcoming event

Constantly, new phones are being built and released from a couple months to up to a year. Some of these new phones are, the Acer Liquid Gallant and Liquid Gallant Duo,which are released in preparation for the IFA event, which will debut August 29th.  The difference between the two phones is that the Liquid Gallant Duo is of course dual SIM. They both run Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.4), and other features included are: 1GHz MT6575, 1GB RAM, 4.3-inch qHD display, 5-megapixel camera and a 1,500mAh battery. It’ll also come with 4GB on-board storage, and in black or white.
