If you shout brand names at your TV, Sony will let you skip the commercials

Sony TV Pantent

Interactive advertising has always been an important goal for major brands. As the better you advertise the more sales that will increase. It goes almost by the same rules like supply and demand. Invest in better advertising and get more money. For that purpose, Sony has filed a patent for an idea that by shouting at the TV you will be able to skip commercials. This is a very unique idea for the interactive marketing world, as you are forced to insert a brand name into your unconscious mind. So in their view, the next time you head out to the store, you’ll be buying the product you were swearing at.

Paypal is being tested at McDonalds

Paypal Mobile

Just recently Square has partnered up with Starbucks for a mobile payment platform. This caused other major food companies to rethink their payment options. For this reason, McDonalds has started testing 30 different stores in France with a new Paypal payment solution. If this payment system proves itself worthy, then McDonalds will pass it on to other stores in around 24 months. So whether you chose Paypal, or Square, new payment options will always pop up, so think twice before you pick.
